Prices include New Zealand GST (GST number 114 149 063). 7 days free once per plan for each business. Card details required; monthly billing starts after the trial unless cancelled. Adding people does not restart the trial.

Before you choose

Which plan suits me?

Choose Solo for invoices, quotes, customers and markup. Choose Trade if you also manage stock and daily jobs. Choose Complete for the full toolkit, including expenses, tax summaries, vehicle logbook and QR tool tracking. Solo and Trade cover one user. Complete includes the owner and can add up to 5 extra people at NZ$10 each per month.

Will customers see my wholesale costs?

Your wholesale costs and markup stay private. Customer PDF copies show the selling prices and discounts, without your cost figures.

Are email, reminders and accounting connections included?

Direct email, AI and Xero are unavailable during private testing. Download or share a PDF through your installed apps. Diary and appointment tools are in Trade and Complete; phone/calendar reminders use your device and do not promise automatic SMS delivery. Accounting exports are in Complete. Provider setup and third-party charges may apply.

How will I manage or cancel my plan?

The business owner can use Plans & billing in the app to open Stripe’s customer portal. Existing saved records and authorised exports remain available after a subscription ends. An active plan is needed to add or change records once paid restrictions are enabled. After a downgrade, tools outside your plan cannot add or change records; saved history and backups remain available.
